CBC Announces Acquisition of Kind Hearts Home Health Care

 

Raleigh, NC– Community Based Care (“CBC”),  a home-based healthcare services company that provides a suite of in-home care and support services focused on improving patient and client outcomes, today announced that the Company has acquired Kind Hearts Home Health Care (“Kind Hearts”) a provider serving eastern North Carolina.  Kind Hearts will provide services under the name Quality Home Staffing (QHS), a provider under the CBHomecare brand.

Kind Hearts, headquartered in Rich Square, NC, has been providing home health care services to North Carolina residents since 2004 and has served hundreds of families in that time. Kind Hearts offers personal care services, homemaking and companion care.
