Carolina’s Home Care, Inc. Merges with the Quality Home Staffing and the CBHomecare family of providers

Carolina’s Home Care, Inc., an organization dedicated to providing quality services to the individuals they
serve, is pleased to announce that they have joined Quality Home Staffing and the CBHomecare family of
providers.

Mike Kotzen, CBC President/CEO, said, “Carolina’s Home Care brings a reputation for providing
outstanding quality into the homes of the people they serve. These home care services will help
complement the services we presently provide across the CBC family in North Carolina, Florida and
Virginia. We are thrilled to welcome Carolina’s Home Care team into the CBHomecare family.”
Gene Rodgers, CBC Executive Vice President, added, “getting to partner with owners, Karen Rowe and
Amy Bracy of CHC and the whole Carolina’s Home Care family, enables us to continue to focus on
